The machining came out clean, and the finish looks good overall. I’m usually a bit cautious with parts like this because small flaws can turn into bigger issues later, but this looked solid and well done when I checked it over.

I’ve had this on for a few months now, and it’s been holding up really well. I’m rough on stuff day to day, so I always notice when something still feels solid after regular use. No real wear showing yet, i’m happy with it...

I thought the prices were fair... and the parts definitely felt worth the money. No complaints from me.

I had a little issue with one of the parts and reached out to them about the warranty on it. It took a couple days and all that, but they ended up getting it handled and sent me a replacement. Happy with how it turned out overall.

I ordered a mount from North Shore Billet and shipping was totally fine. It showed up without any drama, and everything looked good when I opened it up.
The part itself felt solid and well made, but the fit on my setup wasn’t quite as straightforward as I expected. I had to play around with spacers and double-check a few things before it finally sat the way it should. It said it was compatible, but it kind of felt like that was only mostly true, if that makes sense.
It’s working now, so I’m not really complaining too much. It just took longer than I thought, and I wish they made that part a little clearer before ordering.

The install was straightforward. I did have to mess with it for a little while to get everything lined up just right, which was a bit annoying, but nothing major or anything that made me regret it. The instructions were decent enough, not amazing but they got the job done. Overall, I’d probably give it 4 stars

I spent some time on northshorebillet.com and, overall, it worked fine, but I did find myself having to click around more than expected to find what I was looking for. The pages loaded okay, which was nice, but the navigation felt a little unclear in spots and some of the product details weren’t as easy to notice right away. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, I just think the site could be a bit more streamlined and easier to browse.

I ordered a few small parts from North Shore Billet, and everything showed up exactly how I picked it out on the site. The sizes were right, the finish matched, and the quantities were correct too. Kind of funny how with small parts you almost expect one little thing to be off, but nope, it was all there.
The shipping box was packed well also, nothing over the top, just solid and secure. It was a simple order, but they handled it right, and sometimes that’s all you want. Anyway, easy 5 stars from me.

I ordered from northshorebillet.com last week, kind of on a whim while I was sitting at my kitchen table trying to figure out if I actually needed the part right away or if I was just being impatient. Shipping ended up being faster than I expected. I got the tracking info soon after ordering, and the package showed up with no problems. It wasn’t like next-day-delivery fast or anything, but still totally decent. I’m taking off one star because I do wish the shipping updates were a little clearer along the way, but overall I was happy with how quickly it arrived.

My order did arrive and thankfully none of the parts were damaged, so I’ll give credit for that. But the box looked rough when it showed up, and there was barely any padding inside. For what this cost, I expected the packaging to be handled with a lot more care. Nothing was broken this time, but it definitely made me uncomfortable, and I think this is something that should be looked into before it turns into a bigger issue for someone else. Overall, the product was fine, but the packing really needs improvement

Support got back to me really quickly and sorted out the issue with my order without turning it into a whole hassle. Really appreciated how easy they made it :)
